Three Sites To Surf

Today we have three sites you may want to check out.

Songness

http://www.songness.com/ is a fair way to evaluate and market new songs, and systematically introduces fans to songs they might otherwise miss. You will have your song evaluated by 200 people. Their engine suggests music that they like. It opens in September, so you may want ot check it out.

MySpace Lets Band Find Their Fans
You can apply at https://advertise.myspace.com/apply.html you spend 25 and every time someone clicks they deducts .25 from your account. This means you will get 100 people to your profile. In my book that’s kind of pricey. If you use this please let me know if this is bringing results.

Last.fm Providing Royalties

You can sign up for Last.fm at http://www.last.fm/uploadmusic as they are no issuing Royalties when you music is streamed. I was unable to see how much a “royalty” is, but its better than 0.00
