I like the singer Pink. I never would’ve thought when she first came on the scene as the “Anti-Brittany” that she actually has talent. With this in mind, I’m confused as to why she is going so far out of her way to put herself in danger. This backfired this week in Germany as you will see this system that is supposed to pull her over the crowd, apparently flung her into something it wasn’t supposed to do. To this Pink said “Ow that hurt like a M#ther F*#er.”
Putting on a good show is important, but putting yourself in danger is something that should not be taken lightly.
Watcher her performance at the Grammy’s 2010. I truly buy this song on her performance alone. I hear the passion in her voice, and I enjoy it. This is why I’m not sure why she has to strip down to almost nothing, try to drown herself and pull herself 50 feet into the air.
It makes for an impressive (obviously not lip synced) performance. But is it truly needed?

at some point you turn into a circus freak when you get too far away from the music. this video is just weird. what the heck does this carnival trick have to do with the music. it’s one thing to put on a dynamic performance, but another to fall into some sort of cirque de soliel madness. maybe with better songwriting she won’t feel the need to do all this craziness. or maybe she should do a cirque show instead of masquerading as a pop singer. she may as well not sing at all, because no one was paying attention to her song. it was background music.
Pink is very talented, has some soul. Hope she finds love in her world.
