Yousendit.com Update
Got to tell you about this new mini-app that's in beta test (for Mac at least).  The file-transfer website YouSendIt.com has developed a beta of YouSendIt Express, a small application that allows you to send large files quickly from your computer.  It links to your YouSendIt account (the Lite service is free), and allows you to send files of nearly any size to anyone by uploading it to their system, and sending a link to the recipient for download.  The lite service only allows one file at a time, with a maximum file size of 100 MB, and downloads of 1GB per month.  The paid services allow files up to 2GB, larger bandwith and varying other services.
I've been using the Express app for a few days now, and with my free Lite account, it's fast, easy and seamless!
